New features in ‘HA Go’ to manage health more conveniently and quickly
To align with the fees and charges reform, ‘HA Go' will soon introduce several new features. Through an all-in-one billing function that consolidates payment information, patients can clearly view charges anytime, anywhere. ‘HA Go' will send payment reminders based on patient's scheduled services, prompting patients to pay in advance. Patients can make payments instantly via the payment feature PayHA of ‘HA Go' without visiting the hospital, saving travelling time. Eligible patients can also apply for Samaritan Fund and Community Care Fund Medical Assistance Programmes through ‘HA Go', with a simple and fast process. ‘HA Go' has provided the public with more convenient, faster, and smoother access to public hospital services. As of the third quarter of this year, ‘HA Go' has recorded over 4.12 million downloads.
