I am glad to be part of a professional and supportive team. With the team's help, newcomers are able to get familiar with their work eventually, and even become ‘navigators' for others. It is this spirit of mutual growth that makes me cherish my job. Getting positive feedbacks for assisting with the department relocation has strengthened my origin passion to serving the hospital. Although we work outside the spotlight, our role is vital to supporting frontline healthcare and serving the patients.
