An eight-month-old infant presented with severe ulceration across the whole body and the gluteal area due to necrotising fasciitis. Through our intensive wound care, application of advanced dressings and negative pressure wound therapy, combined with multidisciplinary collaboration with Paediatric Surgery, Plastic Reconstructive Surgery and Paediatric teams, the baby recovered in just three months. Witnessing a tiny life overcome adversity under our care reaffirms our dedication to healing.
